With a shelf life of 10 months, our compostable bin liner is durable and reliable, yet remains environmentally conscious throughout its lifecycle. To preserve its integrity, it's essential to store it away from direct sunlight and maintain a temperature below 35°C.

• Up to 7 working days for all other area.

Express Service:

• If you need urgent delivery, please call us on 1300 618 530. Additional cost may occur.

Terms & Conditions:

• All deliveries will require a signature to verify. If delivery address is unattended, redelivery fees may apply.
• Delivery does not include unpacking or storage.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages：
Pakio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pakio.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Warehouse 7/57-59 Whiteside Road, Clayton South VIC 3169, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
